If we add analytics, embedded content or other non-essential technologies in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before they run.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under our instructions, to run the Site and our communications:

Some of these providers may also process data as independent controllers for their own purposes (for example, Substack for reader accounts on its own platform). Their own privacy policies apply in those cases.
We may also disclose personal data when required by law, by a court order or by a competent authority, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganization, in which case the recipient remains bound by this policy or an equivalent level of protection.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. When this happens, we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted by the LGPD (art. 33) and the regulations of Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), such as standard contractual clauses, as provided in each provider's data processing terms. For visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on equivalent safeguards where applicable.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To exercise a right, write to hello@ramplayer.ai hello@ramplayer.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We aim to answer within the deadlines set by applicable law.

- Request and security logs: kept by our hosting provider for the short periods set by its own retention practices, then deleted or anonymized. We do not keep our own copy of these logs.
- Emails and form submissions: kept while the conversation or business relationship is active and for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to defend legal claims.
- Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe. After that we may keep your email on a suppression list only to make sure you are not contacted again.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data involved, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to people who need it, and providers that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If an incident creates a relevant risk or harm to you, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.
