Forward Deployed Engineer
Engineers who work inside the customer’s operation: they integrate systems, structure knowledge and ship governed agents for complex workflows.
Deployment Strategist
Leaders with technical and business fluency who run each workflow’s activation, from diagnosis to operation, and own the outcome.
AI Engineer
They build the platform: retrieval, memory, evals and guardrails that make agents trustworthy.
Process & ERP Specialist
People who know the operation and the ERP from the inside and translate how work really happens.
